Just two weeks into her U.S. leadership journey, Lucy had the honor of pitching at 1 Million Cups Kansas City — a weekly event where entrepreneurs present their ideas, connect with community members, and receive real-time feedback.
Lucy was one of 15 global leaders selected for the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP), sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. At 1 Million Cups, she shared insights from her work with IDEA, her experiences in entrepreneurship, and the power of building businesses that center both culture and community.
